Return & Exchange Policy

At VERUS CLUB, we want you to receive your order exactly as intended. If you receive a defective product or an incorrect size/product, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached and intact
  • Be free from stains, damage, perfume, washing or any signs of use
  • Be returned in its original packaging, wherever applicable

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or returned without their original tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.

For a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at shop@verusclub.in or 8076790604 within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photographs/videos of the product and details of the issue.

We offer one size exchange per order if the ordered size doesn’t fit, provided the product is unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags intact.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return/exchange is approved.

Please note: Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer may be subject to specific return/exchange conditions mentioned at the time of purchase.
